Starter lets you choose any 1 county. Regional Investor covers the 5 largest counties (Harris, Dallas, Tarrant, Bexar, Travis). Statewide Investor includes 15 counties covering major metro areas. Enterprise includes all 30 counties we monitor statewide.
Can I choose which counties I want access to?
For Starter, yes - you can choose any of our 30 monitored counties. For other plans, we've pre-selected the most active foreclosure counties based on volume and investor demand.
